I'm having a helluva time getting a decent breakfast prepared for myself here in Japan, and as a result of that I definitely see a difference in my energy level throughout the day. I just found an import store that sold oatmeal and english muffins, so I am hopeful that some oatmeal and english muffins with peanut butter will be the answer to my breakfast dilemma.

Japanese people either do not eat breakfast, or eat crazy shit for breakfast. Some japanese breakfast staples I have seen so far are hot dogs, spaghetti (yet they rarely eat it for dinner) and fish. Not for me man!

Followin up on this post from a few months ago. It is impairative to eat right or should I say eat well. Along with good solid training and exercise should come good solid eating habits.

Finding what works for you and how to make eating better work for you can a be a trial and error lesson. Learn and listen to your body. Plenty of good nfo here on the forum and there are a few good videos over at our youtube sight that may be of help too.
