Wednesday. Perpetual Motion.
50 reps on the jump rope x 10 body weight squats x 7 evolutions.
2 circuits of mass production
then cool down with some plate work
finished up with 5 clap pushups, 5 pull ups, 5 squat jumps..... max rounds in 12 minutes.
The ManTis after party: 50 JELLO's. You can put the Burpee away. The JELLO is the real ass kickkkkker.
